Shipping Policy
  • EU shipments: Flat shipping rate of €100 for standard-sized orders within the EU.

  • Oversized orders: Shipping may be higher based on total size/weight. The final shipping fee will be confirmed in your order confirmation before payment.

  • Non-EU shipments: Shipping costs do not follow the flat rate and will be calculated and agreed upon separately prior to order confirmation.

  • We use trusted carriers; delivery times vary by destination and product. Estimated timelines are provided at order confirmation.

Refund Policy (Made-to-Order)

All products are made to order.

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or reasons unrelated to product quality.

  • Please review all details (measurements, finishes, quantities, etc.) carefully before submitting your order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error:

  1. Email sales@table-art.eu within 5 business days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Once confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund after the item is returned in its original condition.

  4. Return shipping costs for approved faulty/incorrect items are covered by us.
